I was a goody two shoes. My goal was always to please. If it was against the rules, I didn’t do it! Now, don’t you hate me? Oh well! Hopefully your curiosity will make you keep reading my 100 Things posts, despite that! 🙂

100 Things About Me – #11
I have a short temper. The funny thing is that I don’t tend to get upset with people. It is the circumstances that make me lose my cool. I have been looking to God to deal with this issue for a long time. I am slowly learning to “be content in all things.”
100 Things About Me – #10
My husband taught me to cook. When I got married, there were just a hand full of meals that I knew how to cook, so he taught me. He says he got the better end of the deal because he got to train me to cook the way he likes!
100 Things About Me – #9
Yesterday you learned that I was weird because I like to write. Today I will add that I also like to type, but typing is different from writing. I can enjoy typing my thoughts, but for some reason, I enjoy just sitting and typing pre-written jibberish on a page and also typing as something is dictated to me. Oh, no! More evidence that I am weird! Stay tuned for more!
100 Things About Me – #8
I like to write. I don’t mean write books or songs. I mean the actual act of writing, whether it be my thoughts, my name, or whatever else comes to mind. I know. That probably sounds weird, but what ever led you to believe that I wasn’t weird?
100 Things About Me – #7
I am not a natural teacher. I teach a Sunday school class and teach my children at home, but it does not come naturally to me. Fortunately I married one of the best teachers I have ever met in my life! He is able to take a story that should be boring and make it come alive! So, I guess you could say my husband is teaching me to teach! 🙂
100 Things About Me – #6
Growing up, I almost always shared a birthday party with my younger brother, Timothy. Our birthdays were 3 days apart, and it just made sense that we celebrate together. I don’t recall ever wishing I could have my own day without him. As a matter of fact, my 19th birthday was the hardest ever. This was the first one I celebrated without him.
Timothy passed away 14 years ago at the age of 15 due to a genetic disease called Duchenne Muscular Dystropy. I wasn’t sure whether to share this with you all, but if any day is a good one to share it, it is today. Today is his birthday!
Happy Birthday, dear brother!

My best friend is invisible, but he is not imaginary. The works He does are neither imaginarey or invisible, and I know I can rely on Him for all my needs! He has a wonderful track record in that He has never let me down. Figure out who He is yet? He is my awesome God, redeemer, and friend. Do you know my invisible best friend?

It’s my birthday and I will sleep if I want to.
Hi, this is Luke. Today is Tabetha’s birthday, and she is sleeping. It has been a very busy and long day and she needed the sleep, so I am writing this post as a birthday present for her.
Thing number four: Today is a very special day!
100 Things About Me – #3
Today is a special day because the number 3 is the same key on the keyboard as the # symbol! And now you know the 3rd thing about me. See you tomorrow!
No, I’m not really going to leave you hanging, but you knew that when you started reading, because you could see the length of this post without reading the first word! So, here is the explanation that you knew was coming, or at least an explanation. You probably did not know the exact explanation, right? 🙂
Thing #3 is that I tend to notice odd things like the 3 being the same key as the #. Not only do I notice these things, but I will mention them to people I know well. I guess those I don’t know well just have to wonder what my head is thinking (It doens’t take much imagination, really). 😀 But I guess I just changed that, because I know that I don’t know everyone that chances upon this blog post well enough to let them know how simple minded I am, but yet I just did, didn’t I?
Oh well! If you are not confused enough by my ramblings yet, try singing the words “spot mop” in place of the normal words in the Pink Panther song.
